Blade Show Atlanta is always a good time, and this year was no different. Busy floor, packed aisles, and a lot of new faces alongside the familiar ones we look forward to seeing every year. If you follow the knife world at all, you already know Atlanta is the show.
It had been about two years since we put out an update on our show experiences, so we figured it was time for a fresh one, especially with new products just landing.

The Knife Industry Is Beating Inflation
Here's something you don't hear often: knife pricing has actually gotten better over the last five to ten years, not worse. For the same amount of money, you're getting a noticeably better knife today than you would have a decade ago. Materials are better. Fit and finish is tighter. Innovation is happening faster than it used to.
A big driver of that is the import brands. A lot of companies that used to operate purely as OEM manufacturers, building knives for other people's labels, have started launching their own brands. Because they're already running the factory, their pricing is extremely competitive.
At the same time, we're seeing a strong wave of up-and-coming domestic brands pushing their own designs and holding their own against the imports. Between the two, collectors have more good options right now than at almost any point we can remember.

The Community Keeps Getting Stronger
Beyond the products, the thing that stuck with us most was the energy. We ran into a lot of old familiar faces this year, but also met a ton of new people. The community has grown, and it's grown in a good direction.
A big part of that for us has been Whatnot. We started selling live on the platform back in August of 2025, and it's opened up an entirely new community we didn't have access to before. At Blade Show Atlanta this year, we got to meet a lot of the sellers, buyers, and customers we'd only known through our live shows.
Some of those conversations turned into real opportunities. We've got a few collaborations in the works because of connections made at this show, and we'll be announcing those soon.

What We Brought to the Table
We'll be honest, we didn't have a lot of Vault Case inventory on hand at the show itself. Timing just didn't line up. But being there to talk directly with our community still made the trip worth it, and we got to showcase some of the special projects we've been working on, including the remixed candy-themed versions of our utility knives. The good news is our full inventory landed shortly after we got back from Atlanta, and the entire Vault Case V2 lineup is now in stock and ready to ship.

All three sizes are back in stock and ready to ship, right now.

We think this trend keeps building. More innovation, more competitive pricing, and higher quality across the board. The knife and EDC world is in a good spot right now, and we're excited to keep being part of it, both through the products we build and the shows we show up to.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by the table this year, whether we've known you for years or just met for the first time. We'll see you at the next one.
